Here at Saltwater Digital, we like to do things a little different. For years now we have often carried out team meetings outside, on cliff paths, beach walks, moorland stomps or a quick surf and then a bite to eat and a sneaky beer. We found that stepping out of the office environment and getting fresh air, sun shine (well not always, this is Cornwall after all) and saltwater on our faces, was the best way to get our creative juices flowing, reinvigorate ourselves and build motivation.
We then found that our clients loved the idea and wanted to join us on our next walks. This is when we came up with the Saltwater Walk and Talk. They are an opportunity to brain storm new product ideas, new marketing plans and generally brainstorm.
